December is a hectic month for Industrial Repair Service. Along with the holidays come festivities that bring the whole company together and create lasting memories as a team.

The week of December 9th kicked off our first-ever Holiday Spirit Week!  Movie Monday included a How the Grinch Stole Christmas screening in our Conference Room, with popcorn provided to all attendees. Tree Topper Tuesday had our employees sporting their favorite holiday hats, from reindeer antlers to DIY festive masterpieces. Some standouts included a red feather-lined cowboy hat, a colorful tree-light headband, and the classic Santa hat.

Wednesday was a winter wonderland at our offices, with everyone dressing in their all-white best! From pants and shirts to boots and accessories, there was rarely a speck of color. Thursday was the opposite, with employees embracing their inner Grinch wearing green, and Friday was ugly sweater day; There were tree lights, hip Santas, and pom-pom-ed snowmen sported on sweaters around the office.

On December 13th, we gathered at Freedom Brew & Shine in Cumming for a holiday party that was nothing short of spectacular. We kicked off the evening with an exhilarating round of axe throwing, bringing out our competitive sides. The photo booth was popular, capturing countless moments of silly poses, laughter, and joy.

The live band kept the energy high throughout the night! We danced the night away to our favorite tunes, enjoying the company of our colleagues and friends. The Italian buffet offered a variety of mouthwatering dishes, from classic favorites like Chicken Parm and Penne Alla Vodka to delectable desserts– there was something for everyone!

With the help of employee donations, we honored our CEO and President, James Doyle, and Mike Yard, our VP of Operations, with personalized whiskey trays and $1800 in donations to Love Kaleb Inc. Their dedication and hard work is truly inspiring. We were honored to celebrate their achievement while giving back to those in need through our partnership with Duckworth’s wonderful charity organization.

The fifteenth also officially closed our donation period for Toys for Tots. With the help of our employees and community members, we will provide countless gifts to children this holiday season.

As 2024 draws to a close, we sincerely thank our colleagues and cherish the memories we’ve made together. We’re committed to continuing our tradition of exceptional customer service in the coming year. Happy Holidays from our family to yours!
