Our incredible warranty on the market is different. We aimed to bridge the gap between plant managers and the OEM by helping them with the OEM’s expired warranty. To do this, we offer two warranties, guaranteed to protect you if there’s a malfunction.  

Here is how it works:  

All Robot and Servo Motor repairs are covered under an eighteen-month in-service warranty, and electronic repairs are covered for twenty-four months.  You might be wondering what “In-Service” means.  

Other repair companies start their warranties when the part is returned to you. However, we understand that not all parts will be used immediately after delivery. Our In-Service Warranty begins when your part is installed in your machine and covers the entire unit, not just the parts we repaired or replaced. 

It has an “indefinite shelf life,” meaning the warranty is activated when you use the repaired equipment. It can sit in the warehouse for years. If you choose to use it at one point and a problem arises within the eighteen or twenty-four-month time frames (depending on the component), we’re here for you!
