The first step in our journey is to receive your repair or arrange for a free pickup. Once we get the unit, we log it into your Customer Portal. Your portal allows you to track the entire repair using our custom tracking system. We ensure you receive notifications and alerts so you know what’s happening to your unit.
Next, we take you to our Customer Service room, where our fabulous team and other Account Managers contact you within 24 hours to quote your repair on a flat-rate basis. There are no surprises here! Once they confirm you received your quote, they also lay out all the details. Once you’ve approved, that’s when the magic happens!
In our warehouse, one of our expert technicians is assigned to your unit, and they use our state-of-the-art equipment and test stands to run full-load and systems tests. For example, our FLUKE-87-5 tests the voltage and frequency measurements on VFDs. Our Tektronix Oscilloscopes captures signals and uses advanced math and measurement capabilities to evaluate the signal quality of digital electronics.
Is your unit missing a part? No worries! If we walk to the back of our warehouse, we have a stock of thousands of parts so that you can get back your repair in the fastest and most efficient manner.
Once your equipment is practically new, it is sent to quality control for inspection. Cleaning, prepping, and packaging are all part of our process, so your part is thoroughly prepared for shipment. We use foam and anti-static bags to package your item carefully, and will contact you to arrange a pickup. Our industry-leading warranty automatically backs your equipment, as it covers your entire item, not just the part we fixed. You’re protected and now part of the Industrial Repair Service family!
