As autumn approaches, the team at Industrial Repair Service is gearing up for one of the most meaningful traditions on our calendar: the Annual Love Kaleb Golf Tournament, taking place on Tuesday, November 3, at Hampton Golf Village.
For our IRS family, this gathering goes far beyond a typical day out on the course. Love Kaleb Inc. was established in memory of Kaleb Duckworth, the son of our Atlanta Shop Manager, Tommy Duckworth. Knowing Kaleb and seeing the incredible impact his legacy continues to have makes this foundation deeply personal. Every year, this tournament brings our team, partners, and valued customers together to support a mission that hits right at home.
The Heart Behind the Foundation
Love Kaleb Inc. is a local nonprofit dedicated to lifting up Georgia families navigating unexpected life hardships. Over the years, the organization has continually expanded its reach, finding thoughtful ways to give back to communities in need.
A few of the core programs, some made possible through the annual golf tournament, include:
- Holiday Family Assistance: Providing Thanksgiving meals and Christmas gifts so families in tough circumstances can enjoy the holidays without added financial strain.
- Student Scholarships: Awarding an annual academic scholarship to a dedicated, hard-working student at Lumpkin County Mountain Education Chartered High School.
- Community Relief: Offering direct, compassionate aid when local families face sudden hardship.

The tournament is designed as a comfortable, unhurried morning focused on community, remembrance, and friendly competition. Here is a look at how the day is structured:
Morning Kickoff & Registration
The event begins bright and early with player check-in. Participants have time to grab their materials and catch up with friends and colleagues before the morning tee-off around 8:30 AM.
To keep everyone energized throughout the morning, registration covers both breakfast and a full lunch. Players also receive drink tickets to enjoy beverages while making their way through the course.
Auctions, Raffles & Early Afternoon Wrap-Up
Beyond the round of golf, the event features a silent auction table and raffle drawings packed with donated items, gift baskets, and promotional gear. The entire event wraps up around 1:30 PM, making for a full morning of fun that still leaves the afternoon open.
Building on a Tradition of Giving Back
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our client community, last year’s 3rd Annual Golf Tournament raised nearly $10,000 for Love Kaleb Inc.
This year, the goal is simply to build on that momentum and raise even more support for local families. Beyond playing in the tournament, businesses and partners often participate through sponsorship tiers ranging from $100 to $500, which feature course signage and logo placement, or by donating items to the silent auction and raffle tables.
