Industrial Repair Service is excited to announce the launch of our new TikTok account! 

TikTok, the app once infamously known as Music.ly, has become one of the most used social media apps in the world, with one-third of adults and sixty-three percent of teens using it daily. Users have created viral challenges, hilarious comedy sketches, and duets (where you can video yourself reacting to someone’s video) that have popularized the app to an unprecedented level, so we are very excited to bring the same kind of content to viewers.  

Industrial Repair Service makes it a mission to be accessible to all, and we’re dedicated to spreading the word about our incredible offerings so that potential and existing clients choose us for all their repair needs. TikTok allows us to present what we do while showing off our fun and positive office atmosphere. 

The campaign planning began with researching current trends and sounds and finding a way to correlate them back to our company so we could keep viewers engaged. While trends quickly capture viewer attention, we thought it was important to include educational videos, including helpful industrial tips, quick equipment demos set to upbeat music, and even behind-the-scenes glimpses of our technicians tackling a tricky repair. Using trending hashtags relevant to the industrial repair industry, we can reach a wider audience and encourage viewers to interact by asking questions in the comments or even sending in their repair challenges! 

The channel’s main stars are our Marketing Director, Marketing and PR Manager, and Director of Engagement, Events, and Loyalty. Including our CEO and VP of Operations in many videos was imperative since they are the company’s backbone. Our sales manager and other staff sometimes make guest appearances and give input on any humorous idea they think we should include.
