Recap: DFW and CHI Meet & Greets + RSVP!
Since we started in 1991, Industrial Repair Service has been committed to exceptional customer service. We do everything to fulfill our client’s repair needs. Earlier this July, we launched a series of Meet & Greets to allow our customers to connect with the Industrial Repair Service team, gain insights into the repair process, and explore the facilities at our locations nationwide.
On Wednesday, July 24th, the first Meet & Greets took place at Industrial Repair Service’s Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth locations, and both were a major success! The day began with a complimentary lunch, where attendees indulged in a catered meal by Chick-fil-A. Afterward, they were given a guided tour of the facilities from the front office to the warehouse, where attendees gained firsthand insight into our order approval process. Our sales reps emphasized the importance of having accurate problem descriptions and specified common faults and issues they find during evaluations.
The excitement generated by these events carries over to our upcoming dates, which are still open for RSVPs until a week before each event.
